Hillesley is a charming village located just a few miles from Wotton-under-Edge, in the stunning Cotswold Hills of Gloucestershire. Its narrow streets are lined with beautiful historic honey-coloured stone buildings, including the magnificent 12th-century Norman church of St. Giles. The village has a long history and was mentioned twice in the Domesday Book in 1086 as 'Holeglie'.
