Kearsney is a charming village situated in the idyllic surroundings of the Kent countryside, on the outskirts of Dover. The area is well-known for its delightful wooded valleys, scenic paths, and picturesque picnic spots. Kearsney boasts a rich history, dating back to the Roman era when it was known as 'Cerasnes.' The village also played an essential role during World War II when it housed a military hospital to serve injured soldiers returning from Dunkirk. Today, Kearsney offers excellent amenities with schools nearby along with plenty of green open spaces for families to enjoy. Despite being just a stone's throw away from Dover's bustling harbor and channel crossings to France and Europe beyond, Kearsney retains its peaceful charm and rural character.
