Bromford is a locality situated in the northeastern corner of Birmingham, UK. The area is named after the River Brom, which runs through it. The region is mainly residential with numerous modern housing developments and some older properties. It has easy access to the M6, making it ideal for commuters to other parts of the city or nearby towns such as Sutton Coldfield, Walsall or Wolverhampton. The neighborhood has excellent amenities such as shopping centers, schools, health centers, and a library. Bromford has a rich history from Roman times through to the industrial revolution when Birmingham rose as an industrial powerhouse. Today visitors can see traces of this past at places like Sarehole Mill and Aston Hall that are both nearby.
